Budgets and invoices.
We know the importance of having everything organized. This page will be used to pay online, keep budgets and paid invoices. Every time we upload a file, you'll be notified by email. We will safety keep all your budgets and invoices for two years. On January 2015, all 2013 budgets and invoices will be deleted. Of course, we will also keep our own records of your private statements in a safety place in our offices. Please, see the way budgets and invoices are displayed HERE.
Payments. We allow three different ways of payment, which are all described here: - We encourage you paying online through Paypal using the "Pay Now" button on your right hand. We use Paypal because it is one of the most well known and reliable ways of online payment. To send funds through Paypal, please check instructions HERE - To send a paycheck, you just need to fill it with all details described HERE - You can also pay through bank transfer. You can get all our bank account details and conditions to bear in mind to arrange a bank transfer payment HERE. We let you upload a scanned copy of your receipt through your uploading area. Should you need to discuss something with us before sending funds, please don't hesitate on contact us either by phone or through your comunicating area. |
